Summary

This course will review the biomechanics of the hip, pathomechanics of the hip including muscular influences, and how to address all of these issues with one, whole-body stretch.

Upon completion of this course, attendees will -

  • Understand the fascial influences on hip mechanics.
  • Understand the pathophysiology of a labral tears.
  • Understand the pathomechanics of using a whole body stretch to address all muscle and fascial influences on hip mechanics.
